Native American Mother and Child The Empire State PHTC is participating in a collaborative project with the Preventive Medicine Residency (PMR) programs sponsored by both schools UA-SPH and UB-SPHHP to work with Native American populations in upstate NY.

The Empire State PHTC is one of 33 Public Health Training Centers across the nation funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide fundamental training to the public health workforce.
