This webcast will provide safe injection practices information and resources that can be incorporated into patient safety and infection control staff education activities. At the end of this presentation, you will be able to:
1. Identify five components of an effective safe injections case study as part of staff training.
2. Identify one to three disciplines within the learner's institution or practice setting that could benefit from safe injection education.
3. Identify four resources the learner could use as part of a safe injections training program in their facility.
Target Audience: County health departments, inpatient and outpatient facilities, and private practices who wish to promote safe injections in their practice settings.
